Mobsters

I heard this news from a voice over talent of mine, he told me that this news was on the frontpage. I am quite shocked to read this and it actually happened.

http://www.mmail.com.my/Loke_Yew_mob_madness.aspx

Personally I had something close to it but I wasn't really beat up. I was driving along KL and the traffic was bad, as I was entering the tunnel along Jln Tun Razak, the car in front of me suddenly stopped. I had to emergency break, luckily I was driving slow and didnt hit the car behind me. However the motorist behind me wasnt quite happy at all. They are those despatch bikers. A few of them used their fist to hit my car bonnet. I was quite pissed off actually, because firstly they are not suppose to go in the tunnel (as bikes are not allowed), secondly its a traffic jam, you intend to drive fast and zooming in and out of lanes don't blame me while I should be blaming you if you hit my car!

I did had accident before in the tunnel. Two bikes actually hit each other and both bikes rolled and hit my car. I could have grab that two despatch kids and demand them for money for ruin my new car which I only had less than a week! but I didnt, I let them off after seeing they were hurt too, knowing these guys wont even have money on them.

I am surprise that in a city itself you can have these Mobsters to hit up kids. Look at the car! 30 over people batching 4 youngsters?? Yeah those youngsters could be at fault if they have bang someone, but the crowd shouldnt be involved especially the by standers. No one deserved to be beaten up to death like that.

I just wonder, these four youngsters will be taken to court for what they did, but how about those that mob them, are there any justice for these people who are later being victimise but the mobsters.

H-Factor Creative Workshop - KL Part2

Now it’s Part 2 of H-Factor Creative Workshop in KL!

Fellest Yan and his gang came in with a blast to kick start the event. The first speakers who came on stage is Serena C & Pietro! With their topic on Radio. I really enjoyed this session a lot, as this is one of the main reason I am here as I am interested in this topic, same goes for acting, hosting and theatre. They are pro in what they do, and perhaps of that they communicated with the audience better. Their session was very informative, on things that you need or wanted to know, very brief but covers all relevant topic or questions might be asked. Nevertheless, it is never dull to see cute Serena on stage with Pietro. They both alone could turn the stage upside down LOL

Ever since I did my college assignment on Radio, I always have some interest in it. I felt quite fun doing radio adverts, jingles and interviews on radio. As I studied audio engineering, I felt I should be doing studio works, producing an album, that was my first priority. I can’t figure out what’s pulling me back, but recently I have thought of trying out for being an announcer on radio. I might have problems with my pronunciation, speaks a little too fast, and brain freeze a little at times, hm….. but I think can slowly work these out. Practice! Practice! Practice!

Next on stage is Reymee of Innuendo. Quite handsome bloke :P

Reymee talks about Music. Never knew he was the guy behind Live N Loud KL. Kudos to him for bringing all those great International acts and putting the locals with them to bring up standards!

The other speakers came out in sequence are Joey Khor on Motion Graphics, Hannah Tan on TV Hosting, Harith Iskander on Standup Comedy, Hans Isaac on Acting, David Lai on Magic and lastly Fellest Yan on Dance.

Other than Serena and Pietro’s, I like Hans’s Acting session, he did gave some good information to the kids. Kinna surprise with Hannah’s, she is the only person I think which actually mentioned that the industry it isn’t all about glamour, and showed pictures of her recent movie shoot and how she was being treated. It is really all about hardwork. I been working with artistes all these while, I don’t feel how glamour they are or the industry is. It is doggy dog world every day! We bite, we fight to survive… =P

David’s one was hilarious.. I guess kids grow up faster than we thought and couldn’t help to have imaginative ‘words’ in our heads, especially Pietro been feeding us quite some info since morning! Ha!

Though I think most got blurr in Joey’s session, but he said most inspiring words I guess, which is true from his heart. One must really have passion on what they do and believe in themselves to get what they want. I believe in this too. Since young I wanted to be in this industry, and today I am here. Was just talking to my childhood buddy a year ago, she was saying to me that among all our friends, I am the only one that made to what I wanted to be since we were kids. Not like I am hitting any stardom, but I always like being in this industry. Wanted to be in the background, because I don’t think I have the looks and voice :P so being the most important people who works behind to make the Stars looks good, feel good, do good ;)

Though Harith is a buddy of mine, but have to critic little :P His part was the most enjoyable one, but I didn’t really get the idea how he started, what he has faced to be what he is today, do we need much special skills (other than not to laugh when you tell your own jokes) etc….. except for he gets ideas from his daily life and observation J

Overall, I really had a good time. Do hope the team can have another one next year, with longer session, that allows people to ask more questions, do a little more exercise. Make it really more like a practical workshop, than a seminar.

Great work Hannah! Thanks to the team! And speakers for letting us to learn from them and having a great time!

I feel bad that I didn’t say hi to Serena! The security kept putting up fierce face to me and got us out of the hall when the thing ends. I stood outside to wait but the speakers were still having interviews. Well, guess next time J

Next time must have a pic with Serena! and oh oh oh! HOT HANS! LOL

One thing I realize that, all the speakers are really really REALLY (I meant it!) humble people. I saw Hans a few times outside, sitting and chilling chatting with hotel staff and the team during the workshop, the rest of the speakers accommodate to fans request for pictures etc. Well, Harith being Harith LOL

Solute to them :)

Hugh in bed with me...

Was just browsing some music videos on youtube and I ran out of artistes to search, so I type in my most fav sexy man on earth and I found a video of him .. well some fan of his made this video ;)
I have to say I did drooled at some pictures in here LOL
He looks so damn HOT! just makes you wanna jump in bed with him!
Who cares if he snores in bed, its the body that I want! hahahahahahahaha

Oh well, enjoy ;)
